Wrapping Up December

Once again I am behind on posting … it’s been a busy month. Here are a few of the pages I completed before the Christmas Holiday began, I hope to get caught up next week, when I am finished with the monthly publication I work for.

This link will take you to our forum where you can sign up for Club Deco, I used quick pages from the designers for the pages I am posting today. We offer an annual membership for just $36.00, a 3 month trial for $15.00 and a one month trial for only $7.99

Sunset December 11th

I was driving home after work tonight when I saw this sunset and had to pull the car over to take a photo, and sit and admire it for a few moments. It was so beautiful!I used the Quick Page by Carol Rupley from the Cabin Fever Mega Kit for Club Deco Members, December 2008… if you are a Club Deco Member, Carol just posted her contribution today, so make sure you stop by the forum and pick it up. If you are not a Club Deco Member, please do join the fun!

December 12 - It's beginning to look alot like Christmas every where you go

The sign company across
the street from the office
I work in has decorated
the outside of their building
with this Santa and a
pretty wreath hangs on the
entrance door to their
office. There are lights on
some trees at the corner
down the street, and
people are starting to hang
lights and put out lawn
ornaments now. So I
guess it is time to get
into the Season and
start playing my
Christmas Music!
We might even
pick out a
Christmas Tree
tomorrow!

I used a quick page by Lorene Hill from the Cabin Fever Mega Kit for Club Deco Members. I think it worked out great for Old Saint Nick! Thank you so much Lorene!

Dec 13 - Awaiting the Christmas Tree

Journaling reads:
Awaiting the Chrimtmas Tree
December 13, 2008
Once again, the day was too busy to
go look for a Christmas tree, but Jeff
said we will go tomorrow. So for now,
our poor little poinsettia blesses the
house as the sole holiday decoration.
I used Jennifer Rassi’s contribution to the Cabin Fever Mega Kit for Club Deco Members, and how much more perfect a page I could have used for this photo I have no idea! I don’t know how she knew just what I would need even before I did! I am so THRILLED with this page! Thank you so much Jennifer!

Here is what my journaling said:
I was at work minding my own business when my cell
phone rang. It was my Dad. He likes to keep in touch.
Anyway, I told him that I had been at the park and
taken some photos of the ducks… oh well, that
got him going! He said I should be nice to ducks,
because they might be old family
members, and something about
having QUACKS in the family!
I think my Dad must
have been a JESTER
in a previous life,
but I don’t think he
should give up his
DAY JOB!
I used a quick page by Dana Conditt from the Cabin Fever Mega Kit for Club Deco Members, the December 2008 kit. Thank you so much Dana, I love the way this page turned out!

Keep Your Face to the Sunshine, and you will never see the shadow ~ Helen KellerI went to the park at lunch time again today,
The sun was shining, and it was so
quiet and peaceful. It was a nice
break away from the office.
I used a Quick Page by Roxanna from the Cabin Fever Mega Kit for Club Deco December 2008. I love the way this page turned out! Thanks so much Roxanna!

Deb’s New Blog

Hi everyone, I am starting a new blog today! I am not very good about updating, but I will try to do better. Here is a page I did yesterday from my son’s martial arts class.

Martial Arts Belt Advancement Class Martial Arts Digital Scrapbook Kit by Deb Ammerman

I am so proud of Matthew for continuing on with his classes. He started this many years ago, he was in the first or second grade, and now he is in 7th grade! Part of his requirements for this semester was that he had to help his instructor in the classes before his own. The first class has little kids in it, about the age Matthew was when he first started, as I watched, I remembered… He started this when he was this little! WOW! They grow up so fast, it seemed like only yesterday!

I used my Martial Arts kit for this page, it can be found in the store at Deco-Pages.
